Your Next Adventure Awaits
Every Tour Is Uniquely Yours
Captain Chuck Goodson, originally from Western North Carolina, moved to the Lowcountry 18 years ago. His passion for the water and coastal South Carolina developed many years earlier, during regular fishing and history trips with his parents. After relocating to the Lowcountry in 2006, he has spent years exploring the waterways and Salt Marshes of Charleston and Beaufort Counties. After retiring from the corporate world in 2023, he decided to embark on his dream to help others experience the unique moments that can only be experienced by getting out on the water. As a result, he created Royal Marsh Excursions in 2024. Chuck is a US Coast Guard licensed Master Captain, a PADI/SSI certified advanced scuba diver, and is first aid/CPR certified. He has captained several luxury catamarans in the Caribbean as well as large dolphin charter boats on Hilton Head Island. Royal Marsh Excursions is proud to use a Key West 239 as our charter boat.
We can accommodate up to 6 passengers of any age. Key West boats are well known for their safe and comfortable features and are made right here in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We offer many different excursions at many different price points to fit your budget. Give Captain Chuck a call today and he will help make your dream getaway come true.
